International Congress for Sustainable BuildingSustainable building is high on the agenda of the building and real estate industry. Consense – the International Congress and Trade Fair for Sustainable Building held at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Center on 22 and 23 June 2010 presents the latest developments and trends in this field. With the motto “Sustainability – quo vadis?” the event will deal with central issues such as resource conservation, user comfort and economic performance.
The plenary sessions and workshops will focus on specific sustainable building projects, key developments in life cycle management, the advantages and disadvantages of sustainability as a driving force for innovation, the relationship between architecture and sustainability and other current issues.
One of the highlights at this year’s Consense: the very first DGNB pre-certifications (German Sustainable Building Council) for modernized office and administrative buildings
Gold and silver pre-certificates will be awarded for a total of three projects for which Intep acted as an auditor, one of them in the new category “modernized office and administrative buildings”.
